Message	They turned them so that they would hit their "peak" where ever they had them lined up. This way, for example, all the gauges would hit peak or where they want them to display at about the 12:00 position. Or 3:00 position, etc. Hope that made sense. Helps when reading muliple gauges that have different range of motion or settings on them.
